Features and Specifications
This 2012+ Softail ABS brake line
adapter is used in conjunction with an ABS Designer Series Upper Brake
Line to connect the ABS controller to the master cylinder. Adapters,
Upper Brake Lines and Lower Brake line Kits are sold separately.
- Upper line length for Softail models is determined by using your stock OE master cylinder brake line as a guide. Pull the rubber boot back and measure from the point at which the soft, flexible line enters the crimp collar on the lower portion. Follow the brake line routing up to your master cylinder. (see measuring information below)
- Only an upper brake line is required if the optional Softail ABS lower kit is purchased, which includes an upper brake line adapter.
- NOTE: If you have ordered an ABS Designer Series Lower Brake
Line, the adapter is included and will not need to be ordered
separately.
